We work like your external buying office and project integrator: precise submittals, timely RFIs, shop-drawing coordination, and clean audit trails suitable for permit sets and site coordination. AIA defines shop drawings and RFIs as core instruments for translating design into execution.
Compliance by design
Specifications are aligned with U.S. requirements when applicable, including California TB117-2013 for upholstered furniture and formaldehyde rules for composite woods (CARB ATCM and EPA TSCA Title VI).
Logistics without friction
Ocean/air freight, insurance, customs strategy (DAP/DDP as needed), ISPM-15 export-grade wood packaging, COIs, union coordination where required, and white-glove installation with debris removal and punch-list closure. ISPM-15 heat-treat and marking standards are applied for compliant wood packaging; COIs document active coverage for site access.
